How to Manufacture Fuel Tank?

When manufacturing fuel tanks; A number of procedures determined according to TSE Standards are applied. The first of these procedures is; from the pipe, which has a size of 2 1.5" which opens from the bottom of the tank to the atmosphere, that is, the natural environment, with a loss of fuel when the tank is fully loaded; air, rainwater, drainage and the addition of overflow pipe. A protective chamber is made to the upper part of the tank, from one end to the other. This chamber prevents situations such as overflow. At the point where he can't block it; does not pose any risk. After the production of the tank is carried out, a ladder is added to reach it from the back of the tank. This ladder opens – must be closed.

The chassis of the tank, i.e. its skeleton, has to be welded to the tank from every point. For this, points that lack resources are welded. Then rubber sheet placement is made in the intermediate area of the tanker and vehicle squint. After rubber treatment, the connecting ears should be placed and the bonding process with steel stud bolts should be applied.
